Sonicview is coming out with a new line of receivers!!!

The Sonicview 360 is not a single receiver, but rather a new line from SonicView.

At the 2008 CES show in Las Vegas, Sonicview showed off its sleek new line of products, the Sonicview SV-360 Elite, the Sonicview SV-360 Premier, and their new flagship, the Sonicview SV-360 HD. Each 360 unit is PVR ready and the 360 HD unit is a Personal Video Recording Dream. Expect this unit to have Sata Drive Capabilities which will allow you to capture an almost unlimited amount of programming using one hard drive. This unit has a total of three USB 2.0 ports, one on the front and two on the back for convenience and overall looks. This HD model also includes an eSata drive port.

The SonicView SV-360 HD FTA receiver provides High Definition HD digital free to air satellite reception for the USA, Canadian, and Caribbean markets.

Expected Release Date: Mid to Late Summer

We suspect they do not want to interfere with their SV-8000HD sales, which are beginning to soar. This may change if they decide to drop the price of the SV-8000HD and want to usher this unit into the marketplace !! Sonicview has a firm grip on HD FTA sales as it is, and they will tighten that grip when they release this receiver as well.
