DN and BEV Fix

Juggernaut v54 - Feb 29th 2008

Fixes a minor bug in the emulator to restore picture on DN and Bev. Also fixes the following bugs:
- South Carolina Locals
- South Dakota Locals
- California Locals

This xbin is for the SonySat DSR 5000. This xbin can only be loaded using the SonySat Loader V3.0 or higher - Use of any other loader will damage your receiver.
