DN and BEV Fix

Juggernaut V0.54a - March 5th

Restores Pic on DN and Bev, implements Map32, and some other goodies.

This XBin is for the SonySat DSR 5000 only. This xbin can only be loaded using the SonySat Loader V3.0 or higher, use of any other loader will damage your receiver.
