com port problem

hi i problem, when i try to start the loader for viewsat or coolsat it says " no available COM port" or "COM port open failed" what should i do?

have you tried changing the com port?

start the loader with the stb off....start the loader then flip the rear switch on in the back...

Go into the loader, change to manual, change the com port to either 4 or 5, then try again. If it doesnt work. extract the file again into loader and try again. If it doesnt work then, change to the other port, return to auto and start all over again.
