need help with vip
I made a donation. Not sure the amount for the vip but I gave 20 now I CAN"T GET ANY THING!!!!!!!!!!! all it keeps doing is comming to a screen that says:
We are currently in VIP Mode
Only Donating Members are allowed IN at this time
If you want access during busy times like this...
Please Make A Donation
Many files have just been released for the 9-29-08 ECM


So what did I do wrong or is the site messed up or what? Please help

I would say it takes a little while to process I am sure it is done manually to make you a VIP.It is not an instant thing. and to answer your question There are alot of benifits to being VIP. mainly you have access to the site during peak times so you may get help, chat,and get your files faster.Most of the people that donate to become VIP members are doing so mostly because they like the site and the people here.and if it weren't for the people donating the site might not exisit for anyone to enjoy and get free files.One day the owners of this site just might not be able to support thousands of freeloaders and we all might have to pay.so the best thing to do is if you like it here and you make some friends or get some help just kick it down some $ and show your support. for less than one monthly sat bill you could help a whole lot and get a few extras to boot.

That's exactly the way I see it too, the cost of donation is nothing compared to the cost of Sat service. Plus you get to help out the site and help keep it free and help with improvements. Like the VIP section for example.

Click my name and Private Message me or the Administrator and this will get fixed, ibadragon.

If you do not give your Login Username at the time of your Donation, and / or your email address is different here from your PayPal address, there is no way to upgrade your account to VIP status. We can then easily enter you in manually.

Sometimes there also is a problem during busy times with communications with the PayPal Server. It seems our ECM times seem to overlap with primetime. All servers are very busy at these times. Ours is especially during these times.
