A Trojan Downloader tries to load into my harddrive everytime I log on here but my spyware/antivirus intercepts it everytime and all is well.....maybe that is what the others are talking about when they say attack site.

I am telling you what my antivirus tells me when I load the site in my browser. As for why do I come on here its because I like to try and keep up to date with any new news on N3. I have been a memberon this site for quite some time but only recently has this worm attempted to access my hard drive and everytime my antivirus picks its off instantly.

Try a free download of AVAST, many recommend that on a recent survey we did here on the site.

Hello there.Good morning. Like Ladybbird said AVAST is good. I do have it and always works.All worms and trojans stay away from AAAFTA because is a clean and BEST SITE. Good Luck.

I'm using the latest version of Avast, and it is still giving me warnings on every page. I have scanned the HD several times with no issues, so nothing is getting onto the drive. Are there any special changes to Avast settings that need to be made? I have kept filling out the " false positive " forms, but it is getting to be a little inconvenient to get on the site ( or... that may be the whole point.... LOL ).

Is it giving you the warnings in firefox? if so just goto tools/options under the security tab, unclick the second box from the top.

Adjust your settings as recommended below If there was malware on this site, believe me I wouldnt be here.

Hi everyone, I too get a warning from firefox for each page requested and Norton Av warned me that trojans "pornotube and "fakeavalert" are attempting to access the hd when I visit this site. I will try the suggested setting changes and see what happens. Thanks to all.

Now that I have that off my chest, My Norton AV just told me that it protected my from a trojan fakeavalert. I dont want to change my security setting because it said I am protected and I like it that way.
I like to be alerted with any theats.
I will keep using this as my only FTA site and hope there are no more threats.

I have the same issue when i go on any page the avast blocks the porntube and the other one. I am good as long it blocks.

In the past I used Norton, and I found it common to get a message that it had just blocked some nasty worm or virus from my computer. I began to wonder if Norton randomly brought up these messages to retro-sell their product, you know, "see what a good job I am doing for you?" Since I went to Mcafee I have had no such messages. I wonder?

Hello: Today 06/24/2009 I went to the page in the thread:All channels are gone now and I received an Alert about a j.s:FakeAV-AH(Trj) version0 90623,06/23/2009 and what I did was to wont let get in the PC.So I eliminate it.Im going to keep my security settings with AVAST.That should be OK.Like I Said AAAFTA is a secure site.Dont Worry.

I use Avast. The only protection that I've removed is for a safe storage area. I never remove protection for online. I'm using WinXP Ultimate and IE-7. Google still flags the site, but Yahoo search does not. Bookmarking, adding to favorites, typing the URL, or selecting it from the history in the address bar does NOT flag this site.

I'm using Kaspersky and i'm getting the same trojan downloader message. Kaspersky picks it up everytime. Also using IE not firefox.
