Do you have any of the following programs: winzip,7zip,winrar?
If you have Windows XP, you should be able to open it without any issues. Please advise. |

i have same problem .spent all day , still nothing.can u walk us step by step invery easy way to follow.have vs p2000,null cable ,dec14 file- cant open,dont know where loader is and how to use,afew channels is still on dn.i am new to fta and this cool site.thanx and hello to all testers here.

great advise but 4 us newbies is hard to follw terms like,loader-what it does and where is it,which prog. is free-win zip,7 zip.have windows xp. thanx 4 help.

Go to Windows Explorer first and double click the .zip file that you downloaded. You may be able to extract the file(s) already.
If not, there is a Zip Utility located in our File Utility Section. Here is the link: Great Zip File Utility Tool Program When you download this file, locate the file again in Windows Explorer, and double click it. (It will install itself) Now you should be able to unzip those ZIP files. Good Luck !!

You may have a settings problem. Check your antenna settings for each satellite you scanned. In the settings, you will also see a satellite name appear above the settings. That name has to match the satellite you are setting up. If they do not match, do a Factory Default and start over. If they do match, and look okay try to change channel to 200 on DN or 218 for BEV. Then, if a picture still doesn't come up, try to reboot the receiver from the rear power switch. (Off for 5 seconds, then back On)
