need help with EPG
i need help with my EPG! i have all my discriptions on all my channels but the ppv channels i have tryed every thing that i know but im stuck. can some one give me help thanks

Set your Time Zone. Also, put it on channel 200, and do this:
Menu -> User Setting -> EPG Setting -> Receive Guide (Press Ok) Get back and tell me if that solves your problems.

maybe try turning on sort by SID and bell channel mapping.
is this for dn or bev? |

the sid and the bell-vu are turn on. i all so tried turning them off as well, and turned it to ch. 200 for some time. thank you all for your help! i hope i can get this prob. fixed

you may have to resort to loading in the latest factory file. before you do this, write down your antenna settings. then set it back up again, and load in the latest bin file. the epg on the vs units are not perfect but i am able to get descriptions on ppv.

If you are running DN, Hit SAT button and select Ech*st*r Package
If you are running BEV, Hit SAT button and select Nimiq Package If you are running both, Hit the SAT button and select All Satellites See if that helps align everything inside. Wait for awhile and see. I have a few more steps to take if we need to, one at a time!

ok i just tried to change that but it did not change anything in the epg. and i do have the dn and the bev are on and that it is on all satellites. i have not tried to reset the hole system like hazwis has said to try. it just sounds to rash to do. thanks for your help!
