got a veiwsat ultra will not power on just dido lines across the front
unpluged,and turned power off at back nothing worked please help

I down loaded the LOADER2 file read the instructions on how to use it. Hooked the recever up to the computer and put a older bin file on it, and it snapped it out of the FROZEN state it was in. This worked for me
