Scan Setup For Viewsat VS PRO
This setup is for a dish 500 with a Dish Pro twin LNB. It will also work for 2 18" dishes with echo 7 119w wired to DiSEqC switch port #1 and echo 8 110w wired to DiSEqC port #2.
1) load the latest bin file for the vs pro 2) installation menu select only 119, disq 1.0 to port 1 3) in the preferences menu - make sure everything is set to ON and your local setting is set as well. 4) installation menu--channel search and search 119 (since you have only this one activated in the select satellite menu) w/ NETWORK OFF 5) go back to the SATELLITE SELECT menu and turn off 119 (it will say channels will be detected just hit CANCEL) and turn on 110, disq 1.0 to port 2 6) repeat step 4 for 110 7) reselect 119 in the select satellite menu. 8) exit the menu wait for the keys to roll over. hit the SAT button on your remote and select Echostar Package enjoy!
