Question from someone new
What is a virgin file? I have a viewsat extreme and it froze up solid after the newest fix was put on it, so should I be downloding this virgin file when/if it comes out for my machine?

There is only a Factory bin file to reload. However try the switch at the back first. Turn power off with a few seconds and turn it back on. Then turn your receiver on. If this does not work, you may have to load the factory bin file if you know how then after it is installed you would have to load the last file. Remember to turn power off anytime you have to disconnect the cables. Also Bev is currently down for now.
