Sonicview Premier - Amazonas
Hi friends, I appreciate your help for the following: for Amazonas I have a Sonicview Premier, but I miss a lot of channels, which have perfect "signal" but no " qualitY" and no picture. What 's your recommendation ?

sounds like you may need to tweak you dish a bit..
What Dish and lnb's are you using? |

If you have S and no Q it's either a dish pointing or a settings issue. Double check all of your settings and that the dish is pointed correctly. Where are you and what kind of dish are you using? If you are using a C-Band dish in North America then only the 4 digit Transponders will come in. In South America with a Ku Band dish only the 5 digit transponders will come in.

My dishpointing is correct, because on same dish an AZbox receiver is connected, and the reception is perfect, so I will recheck my settings. I get the signals of only three transponders : 11808, 11972 and 12012.

Double check that all your settings are the exact same as the other box. If you still have a problem post all of your settings from your setup screen here and someone will try to help.
